Weekend

Right after I got out of class on Friday we hit the road, and arrived in Granbury at 4:30 for my otho appointment. I've quit asking when I'm going to get my braces off because the answer is usually "we'll just have to wait and see what your teeth do", but this time he said that I might get them off next time (without me even asking about it), which will be in November. Yay! I am so ready to get rid of these things! We dropped off the dog and our bags at Yale's house, and then met Chris (Bob) for lunch at Grumps, which is an awesome burger place that also servers beer and margaritas. So, of course, I had a margarita and a swiss mushroom burger. Delicious! Then we headed to Bostocks, where the guys played pool and had drinks and I just played darts and had DP (cuz I was voted the DD... of course). Then we headed to Fiddle Creek (we had decided to bar-hop) where Crystal works, and had more drinks (I had anther margarita and some pretty decent fried mushrooms). Chris introduced M to the Mojito (which is something that I love but can't really drink because it is way too sweet and will make me puke), and finally we left and went to the Rockin' P... more drinks... Yale got off work and met us... then he drove Chris home and met us at Peacocks for after-drinking food (yay for yummy buttery sweet cinnamon roll!). We then went back to Yale's house, where we watched a little TV, and then crashed. We woke up late and then dawdled around for a while and came back to CS. All in all, a pretty decent weekend. Althought, we apparently missed an awesome party Saturday night. Oh well.
